General policy

Our goal is to cut clients costs without affecting the quality of the engineered outcome. By giving the client a possibility to reduce costs, we wish to augment the overall development speed of our client companies and the society in general. This is done by offering our clients highly educated local and off-shore resources, by emphasising good communication skills and by addressing the issue of mutual understanding.

Project policy

It is inevitable that off-shore programming needs to use a slightly different methodology than onsite programming taking into account that communication between the client, project manager and technical staff will mainly take place through written messages or via phone.

Therefore:

  • All personal shall strive for high attention and sensibility to client needs and work in as close a co-operation, as necessary with the client
  • All personal shall emphasise on flexibility to changes in project plans and be well familiarised with modern project methodologies
  • All personal used for client communication must have excellent or good language skills (English)
  • All communication between parties shall address the issue of mutual understanding, confirmation and feedback
  • The real project status shall be as transparent as possible to the client even if there are problems, e.g. delays in the delivery.

Security policy

All the projects shall be handled with complete confidentiality.

This means:

  • The client is always entitled to a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  • Information handled by all personal is kept and stored in a safe manner
  • All information regarding a project must be completely eliminated from the companies and Involved parties infrastructure, if requested by the client.
  • The client is offered access to safe servers, bug-tracking systems, versioning consoles etc. via a VPN.
